Welcome to Metro West Lawn & Landscape ("Metro West," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Metro West provides lawn care, landscaping, and related outdoor services in the St. Louis, Missouri area. Specific services, scope, pricing, and scheduling are detailed in your individual service estimate or agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. Final pricing may vary based on property conditions, scope changes, or services added after the estimate. You will be notified of any material price change before work is performed.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH, and check. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to a late fee and suspension of services.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule service with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged a trip fee. Recurring service contracts may be cancelled with written notice as specified in your service agreement.

5. Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the service area, including unlocking gates and restraining pets during scheduled service times. Metro West is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing property conditions, hidden obstacles (such as unmarked sprinkler lines or invisible fencing), or items left in the service area.

6. SMS / Text Message Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Metro West Lawn & Landscape, you agree to the following:

You consent to receive text messages regarding your services, appointment reminders, seasonal promotions, and re-engagement offers at the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (314) 961-1987.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our handling of SMS-related information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Metro West performs all services in a professional and workmanlike manner. Except as expressly stated in a written service agreement, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant results related to plant survival, lawn appearance, or weather-affected outcomes outside our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metro West's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Metro West website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Metro West Lawn & Landscape and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.
